KinkGPT is consent-first and adults-only. Using it means agreeing to these rules.
Strictly prohibited
- Anyone under 18, or who appears to be under 18, in any content or context. This is zero-tolerance.
- Non-consensual activity or content, or content depicting a real, identifiable person without their explicit consent — including intimate images and “deepfakes”.
- Sharing content you do not have the right to share.
- Coercion, threats, harassment, doxxing, or attempts to bypass another person's stated boundaries, hard limits, or safeword.
- Illegal content or activity, including anything depicting minors, incest, or bestiality.
- Impersonation, spam, scams, or attempts to break or abuse the service.
Consent is the rule
Hard limits, triggers and safewords are shared between partners and are respected. The app enforces hard-limit gates so a task that crosses a stated hard limit can't be assigned. Everything on KinkGPT is meant to be between consenting adults.
Enforcement
We may remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve evidence, and report to NCMEC and law enforcement where required. To report a violation, use the in-app Report option or email safety@kinkgpt.com. See Trust & Safety for how we handle reports.
