Remove content that depicts you

If content on KinkGPT depicts you, or anyone who has not consented to it, report it right away — use the in-app Report option, or email safety@kinkgpt.com with where the content is and why it should be removed. We review these quickly and remove content that breaks our policies.

Report a minor or CSAM

If you believe any content involves a minor, report it immediately to safety@kinkgpt.com. We remove it, preserve it securely, and notify the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement, as required by law.

Copyright (DMCA) notices

If you believe content infringes your copyright, send a notice to safety@kinkgpt.com including:

• Identification of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed.
• Identification of the infringing material and where it appears on KinkGPT.
• Your name, address, and contact details.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

We remove or disable access to material that is the subject of a valid notice and support counter-notices. (Our designated copyright agent will be listed here before public launch.)
