Adults only (18+)

Every member must be 18 or older (or the age of majority where they live). KinkGPT is for consensual adult relationships. Explicit photo proof is gated: only creators approved by our team can request it, the person uploading must confirm they are 18+, and a moderator reviews the image before the creator can see it. Stronger third-party age verification and automated content scanning are being added as the marketplace grows.

Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM)

We strictly prohibit any content involving a minor, or anyone who appears to be a minor, in any context. If such content is found or reported, we remove it, preserve it securely, and report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement, as required by law. Accounts involved are terminated.

No non-consensual content

Content that depicts a real, identifiable person without their consent, including intimate images or “deepfakes”, is prohibited and removed. You must have the right to share anything you upload and the consent of anyone depicted.

Consent & boundaries come first

Consent is the foundation of every dynamic on KinkGPT:

• Hard limits, triggers and safewords are shared between partners and must be respected.
• The app enforces hard-limit gates: a task that would cross a stated hard limit can't be assigned.
• The KinkGPT assistant offers guidance for consensual D/s dynamics; it never encourages crossing a boundary.

How to report

Use the Report option on a creator or piece of content in the app, or email safety@kinkgpt.com. To remove content that depicts you, see Content Removal & Takedown. Reports go to our moderation team for review, and we act quickly on anything involving a minor or non-consensual content.
