Common questions
Is KinkGPT really 18+ only?
Yes, without exception. KinkGPT is built for consenting adults in D/s relationships, and 18+ is part of the safety backbone, not a checkbox. Everything in the app, from tasks to the creator marketplace, assumes informed adult consent on both sides.
What does my partner see, and what stays private to me?
Safety information is shared both ways: hard limits, soft limits, triggers, safewords and mood check-ins are visible to both of you. Your interests, desires and questionnaire answers stay private to you and the KinkGPT assistant. The assistant uses what it knows to guide you both, but it never reveals one partner's private answers to the other.
What can the KinkGPT assistant see, and what will it never do?
Each partner has their own private conversation with the KinkGPT assistant. It knows both profiles, which is how it can draft tasks with safety checks and adapt to mood and wellbeing. What it will never do is quote, hint at, or confirm your private answers to your partner. It also keeps memory to guide you better over time, and you can clear that memory whenever you choose.
Does the AI read the messages I send my partner?
No, never. Partner messages are a human-to-human channel, and the KinkGPT assistant does not read them. That is a hard design rule, not a setting you have to find and switch off.
How are hard limits actually enforced?
At the server, not just in the interface. If a task would cross either partner's hard limits, the gate blocks it before it is ever sent, no matter who wrote it or how it was drafted. Conversation with the KinkGPT assistant can explore and guide, but actions are held to the strict standard.
How do safewords work in KinkGPT?
Safewords are shared between partners and always honored, full stop. They live alongside mood and intensity check-ins, so both of you can see how the other is really doing. Wellbeing shapes the rest of the app too: when someone is struggling, the KinkGPT assistant adapts and consequences soften.
Who controls the control tools, like chastity keyholding or merit points?
Both of you, and that is the point. Every control tool is optional: either partner can turn one on, and either partner can turn it off. Even inside the most intense tools, like keyholding with hidden release dates only the keyholder knows, the submissive always keeps one-tap emergency exits.
Will notifications expose the app on my lock screen?
No. Push notifications are discreet by design, and lock screens never name the kink. You can also tune notifications per kind, or privately mute notifications from a partner without them knowing.
What is the app lock PIN?
An optional device PIN that puts a privacy screen in front of the app, so someone borrowing your phone does not land in your dynamic. It is a discretion layer, not your only defense: your account stays protected by sign-in either way.
What happens to my data, and can I get rid of it?
Your questionnaire, interests and desires are never shown to your partner, and the AI never reads your partner messages. The KinkGPT assistant keeps memory so it can guide you better, and you can clear that memory at any time. We make honest privacy claims only: if it is promised on this page, it is how the app is built.
Is KinkGPT free?
It is free to start. Some things cost money, like paid unlocks and creator memberships in the marketplace, and the pricing page has the real numbers. Consent, safety tools and the privacy model are never paywalled ideas: they are how the whole app works.
Who are the creators, and how does the marketplace work?
Creators are vetted before they can publish. They offer tasks as free, members-only, or paid unlocks; followers apply, complete the task and submit proof, and the creator reviews it. Creators earn from memberships and unlocks, and the same 18+, consent-first rules apply to the marketplace as everywhere else in the app.
Can I have more than one dynamic?
Yes. Each dynamic is a private 1:1 connection made with a one-time invite code, and roles are fixed per dynamic, so you might be a Dom in one and a submissive in another. Dynamics are separate: limits, check-ins and messages live inside each pair.
What if I need to leave, or things turn bad?
Consent includes the consent to stop. Any control tool can be turned off by either partner at any time, the submissive always has one-tap emergency exits, and safewords are always honored. Block and report are real features, not decoration, and the app includes distress support resources if you need them.
